4.1 MOD Factory (Fulfillment Partner)

Wear Kazumi uses MOD Factory as its print-on-demand and fulfillment partner. When you place an order, your order details — including name, shipping address, and product selection — are transmitted to MOD Factory solely for the purpose of printing and dispatching your item. MOD Factory does not use your data for any other purpose.

4.2 Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes and stores order data, payment transactions, and customer account information on our behalf. Shopify maintains its own privacy and security standards. You may review Shopify's privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.

4.3 Shopify Inbox (AI Chat Assistant)

We use Shopify Inbox, a live chat and AI-powered chat assistant, to answer customer questions on our website. When you use the chat widget, your messages, contact details (if provided), and relevant order information may be processed by Shopify's Inbox system, including its AI Agent, to generate automated responses. This is subject to Shopify's own privacy and data processing terms, viewable at shopify.com/legal/privacy. Conversations may be reviewed by our team to improve customer service.

4.4 PayMongo (Payment Processing)

Payment information is handled directly by PayMongo, a licensed payment service provider in the Philippines. We do not store credit card or GCash details. PayMongo processes transactions in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

4.5 Courier Partners

Shipping details (name, address, contact number) are shared with J&T Express or MOD Factory's designated courier partner for the purpose of delivering your order.

4.6 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your data if required by law, court order, or government authority, including the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected:
